-Monday: Placed in groups for Seedfolks project.

-Tuesday: Unit 2 Vocab Quiz.  Continue group work.

-Wednesday: Lab Day - finalize PowerPoints and Seedfolks chapters. NEED HELP ON THE PPT?

-Thursday: Presentation of Seedfolks PowerPoints.  Create your own Seedfolks chapter due.

-Friday: Seedfolks research in Media Center.

 


 


Friday 10/14:

-Catching up:

     -Monday: everyone should have checked out their outside reading book.  The Outside Reading Project is due on Nov. 4

     -Tuesday: Discussion of Outside Reading Project, Sustained Silent Reading, Journal entry

     -Wednesday: PSAT for period 1-3.  Period 4-6 began work on Vocab Unit

     -Thursday: Seedfolks Introduction and Vocab Unit 1 & 2 issued

     -Friday: Read the first three chapters of Seedfolks, completed SF Journal #1, completed Character Chart for the three characters introduced today.

*The Unit 1 Vocab Quiz will be Tues 10/18 and Unit 2 will be Tues 10/25.

-Take your Animal Farm Quiz HERE.

-Write your own short story.

     -Using the pictures from The Mysteries of Harris Burdick, create a short story based on the title, caption, and actual photo.
